Due to the advanced developments in communication technologies, Internet of vehicles and vehicular adhoc networks (VANET) offers numerous opportunities for effectively managing transportation problems. On other, cloud environment needs disseminate emergency message which are consistently distributed on roadway so that every vehicle gets messages from closer a straightforward way. To resolve this issue, clustering routing techniques can be designed using computational intelligence approaches. With motivation, paper presents new type-2 fuzzy sets based with metaheuristic optimization (T2FSC-MOR) technique secure VANET. The T2FSC-MOR aims elect CHs optimal routes intercluster data transmission proposed model involves T2FSC selection construction clusters. uses different parameters namely traveling speed (TS), link quality (LQ), trust factor (TF), inter-vehicle distance (IVD), neighboring node count (NCC). inclusion helps select proper cluster heads (CHs) dissemination process. Moreover, aware seagull (TASGOR) approach was derived In order validate enhanced performance technique, set simulations take place outcomes examined interms measures. experimental highlighted improved over other state art higher throughput 98%.
